Overall, GREAT job!! I am absolutely confident that the American Waterworks WaterGuard sub-floor system was the best solution for our basement water problem and we will never see standing water on the basement floor again!
Professional and competent.
Rick did a great job of explaining materials/components that would be used to solve our water problem, options available, the process, answering all our questions and setting expectations in a professional, concise, competent way. It was a great way to wrap-up discussion with a drawing and written cost estimate. It was also much appreciated that Rick was available for follow-up phone calls, and that he returned phone calls in a timely manner if he was tied up in a meeting.
Jesus was able to describe how he was going to complete the project and responded to any of our specific questions. It was very clear that Jesus was in charge, and the other two workers looked to him for guidance and direction. They all worked hard and put in the extra hours required to get the project done in 2 days!! Special thanks to the crew!
