From the 1st meeting of the salesperson to the 4 installation crew, everyone was great.

Sales Process
Met him at the Forest Lake Home Show. He knew his product. Came to our house, answered all of our questions. Went above and beyond to get the answers we asked.
Our Installation Crew
Crew of 4 and communicated with us. It was a hot day so we provided them with additional beverages and snacks. They had to work in a limited amount of space and were very careful not to ruin our neighbors fence. Also, helped my husband move a plant that he hadn't moved far enough away at the last minute.
The Cleanup Process
They cleaned up the area and even swepted the driveway and sidewalk. The lead crew person asked about how much dirt they should haul away. We wish we would have had them take more away as we won't need as much dirt to fill in for settling.

What made you choose our company:
I had looked around for about 2 years for the type of window wells (non metal) and at the home show your brochure showed what we wanted. Your salesperson was knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy. Came out and answered our questions. Installation crew was great and appreciated the extra beverages and treats. The only thing was that the area around the window wells needed to be cleared away more than 4 feet. Probably at least 6 feet to assure the equipment can get into the area to dig the hole for the new window wells. My husband had previously moved a large plant away, but the machine couldn't get into the area but your crew lifted up the plant and set it in a different location. It took them minutes otherwise it would have taken my husband to dig it out hours. So far we're happy with your company.our service area
