Sales Process
James Nelson was honest and straight forward with his explanations about what was happening in our basement/crawl space. He gave clear and detailed explanations about what was going to happen. I really love that he didn't oversell us on anything and was willing to work with us on what we could afford to get. He was also very helpful during the installation process answering any and all questions I had via text or calling. Very friendly!
Our Installation Crew
Nanga, Julio, and Mesengo are extremely hard workers! They push through difficulties and get the job done in a professional and timely manner. They work to get the job done in the time allotted. They are also very friendly and will talk with you about progress or any questions you have.
The Cleanup Process
Pretty thorough, not perfect, but this is to be expected for the kind of jobs they tackle. Gumbo soil can be like concrete at times. Also, you sign an agreement understanding it will not be perfect.

What made you choose our company:
I found out about American Waterworks while researching how to take care of my foundation issues. The real decider was the cost. There was another company that gave me a free inspection but the price of installation and repair was four times more than AWW for similar jobs. I appreciate that they didn't try to sell me more than I actually needed, though they did make recommendations for the future as we can afford it. Thank you again, James, Nanga, Julio, and Mesengo!
