A homeowner in Hamel, MN, spotted several cracks throughout their driveway. Not liking how it affected the home's appearance, the homeowners began looking into a solution for this issue. Since it was a smaller issue, the homeowners did not want to replace the concrete. During their search, the homeowners stumbled across our website and saw the extensive list of services we provide, including concrete repair. Wanting to find a possible solution, the homeowner signed up for their FREE estimate online. Once the appointment was set, we sent one of our Design Specialists, Lance, to investigate the possible issue. Upon arrival, Lance completed the detailed estimation of the concrete's status. Following his analysis, Lance discovered that the driveway was sinking. To solve this issue, Lance purposed a plan that would lift the affected areas and fill in the concrete cracks and joints. After discussing all their options, the homeowners agreed with Lance's proposal. Next, the plans were sent to the assigned crew and production commenced. Our Foreman, Dylon, and his crew arrived at the home to begin the repairs. First, they injected the PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam injection solution, underneath the affected concrete. Once the PolyLevel was properly installed, the crew shifted their attention to filling the various cracks and joints on the concrete. To fill these affected area, the crew utilized the NexusPro Joint Sealant, a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks specially formulated to provide long-lasting flexibility and stand up to harsh weather conditions. The crew successfully installed all the required products and cleaned up the job site. The homeowners were pleased to know their driveway had been successfully repaired.
