Donald W. of Viroqua, WI had a sunken sidewalk, and he wanted to get it lifted and repaired by a professional. He found an American Waterworks advertisement in the newspaper, so he called our office staff and scheduled a FREE estimate with our Design Specialist, Marcus Nigbur. Marcus went to Donald's house, carefully inspected his concrete, and proposed a solution that would fit his needs. Our Foreman, Tyler Brockway, and his crew member injected our PolyLevel to lift and stabilize the concrete surface, which is a special foam insulation that fills the voids underneath the concrete surface. Next, our team applied our NexusPro over the cracks to prevent moisture from seeping underneath the slab and to give the concrete a clean, polished appearance.
