A homeowner in Lime Springs, IA, was concerned with the large cracks found on their garage floor. Since they store heavy-duty equipment, the homeowner knew they needed to have this issue resolved. Following his thorough investigation, Michel determined that the cause of the cracks was the concrete sinking. To stop the sinking, Michel recommended lifting and leveling the garage floor. The homeowner agreed with Michel's recommendations and production commenced. Our Foreman, Brandon, arrived at the home to begin repairs. First, Brandon lifted the sinking sections of concrete using the PolyLevel. Once the concrete slabs were raised, Brandon filled the large cracks using the NexusPro Crack Repair.
