Proudly servicing Minnesota, North Dakota, Western Wisconsin, and Northeast Iowa - including Rochester, La Crosse, Minneapolis, Mankato, Fargo, and Mason City
A Rochester, MN, homeowner was out in his unattached garage when he noticed a large crack running from one side to the other. He was concerned about what this could mean, so he searched for Rochester concrete repair. After scouring the internet for local companies, he found our website and was impressed with our concrete repair before and after pictures. He signed up for his FREE estimate, and several weeks later, Ross J, one of our Design Specialists, stopped at the home.
Ross took his time completing his inspection, and when he completed it, he met with the homeowner to deliver his recommendations. Ross began by saying that there are various reasons why concrete can sink, but American Waterworks could fix the problem using our PolyLevel injection. PolyLevel is a dense polyurethane foam that expands when it's injected beneath sunken surfaces. It works to fill voids left by soil erosion and, in the process, lifts the sunken concrete back to its desired location. The homeowner agreed and the job was scheduled for several weeks later.
On the day of the project, our Foreman, Pat B, led his team through a flawless lift. Now, our customer can rest easy knowing his sunken concrete issues have been handled!
