Settling Sidewalk Lifted in Chaska, MN

In a couple of weeks, our Design Specialist, Nate B., arrived at the home to answer any questions the homeowner had and to conduct a proper inspection of the sidewalk. During his inspection, he also noticed that the front walkway had been uneven causing gaps to form along the joints. After the inspection, Nate created a proposal recommending PolyLevel to lift the concrete and NexusPro to seal the joints. After reviewing the proposal, the homeowner happily agreed and scheduled a date for the installation. 

In about a month, our Foreman, Troy J., and his crew arrived at the home for the installation. They began lifting the concrete by first drilling small holes into the slab and playing the injection ports. PolyLevel is then injected beneath the slab. Our PolyLevel is made of expanding properties that it waterproof, highly durable, and long-lasting making it an effective solution for sinking concrete. Once the slabs have been lifted to the desired level, the crew uses cement to seal the holes. Lastly, the crew uses NexusPro, our silicone-based sealant that provides flexibility to withstand harsh weather conditions, to seal the joints. After they were done with the project, they cleaned up their equipment and left the home.
