Uneven Walkway Lifted in Rochester, MN

A homeowner in Rochester, MN, noticed that her walkway and driveway had begun settling, causing the area to become bumpy and uneven. In less than a week, our Design Specialist, Dustin L., arrived at the home to provide a thorough inspection of the homeowner's concerns. During the inspection, Dustin explained that soil compaction is the likely reason the homeowner's concrete has begun sinking. When a soil's load-bearing capacity exceeds, it causes the soil to compact and settle beneath the concrete. In about two months, our Foreman, Troy J., and his crew arrived at the home for the installation. The crew began by drilling small holes into the concrete slabs and inserting the injection ports. PolyLevel is then injected beneath the slab, compacting the soil before lifting it. Once the slab had been lifted to the desired height, the crew moved on to install NexusPro. The crew applied NexusPro along the joints of the walkway and driveway, as well as repaired any cracks that had formed.
