Sinking Sidewalk Lifted in Lake Crystal, MN

A homeowner in Lake Crystal, MN, had grown concerned over his concrete as they began sinking causing the areas around his home to become uneven. Knowing the issue would continue to worsen, the homeowner contacted us to schedule their FREE estimate. 

In less than a week, our Design Specialist, Ryan P., arrived at the home to conduct a thorough inspection of the concrete. During the inspection, he took a close look at the problem areas and created a proposal tailored to the homeowners issue. In the proposal, Ryan recommended lifting the concrete slabs with PolyLevel, our elite foam solution, and NexusPro, our silicone-based sealant to repair the cracks and joints. The homeowner happily agreed and decided to move forward with the project. 

In a couple of months, our Foreman, Troy J., and his crew arrived at the home for the installation. The crew began by drilling small holes into the slabs. Next, PolyLevel is injected, causing the slabs to lift. Once it has been lifted to the desired height, the crew seals the joints and repair the cracks.
