Concrete Repair in Rochester, MN

A property manager had noticed the slabs in front of one of their homes in Rochester, MN, had begun sinking. Concerned for the safety risk it posed, the manager decided to contact us to schedule their FREE estimate, looking for a quick and long-lasting fix. 

In less than a week, our Design Specialist, Mitch S., arrived at the home to conduct a thorough inspection of the concrete. During the inspection, Mitch took a close look at all the slabs and created a proposal tailored to the issue. In that proposal, Mitch recommended lifting and leveling the concrete slabs using PolyLevel and sealing the joints with NexusPro. After reviewing the proposal, the manager happily agreed to the recommendations and scheduled the installation date. 

In about a month, our Foreman, Dylon V., and his crew arrived at the home for the installation. Once all of the slabs were lifted and leveled with PolyLevel, the crew shifted their attention and applied NexusPro along the joints.
