PolyLevel Lifts and Restores Uneven Patio in Eagle Lake, MN

Bill L. in Eagle Lake, MN had a sunken concrete patio. His deck was on top of the patio, and the uneven concrete made his deck slanted and regrettably unenjoyable. He was interested in our PolyLevel concrete repair option, so he contacted American Waterworks for a FREE estimate. We sent one of our Design Specialists, Ryan Powell, to evaluate the situation and propose a solution. Bill was happy to learn that PolyLevel is a more durable and less-invasive alternative to traditional concrete replacement or mudjacking, so he scheduled the installation. 

Our Foreman, Dylon Mish, drilled pencil-sized holes into the concrete slabs where the foam needed to be injected to effectively raise and level the patio. Then, he injected the foam until the slabs were a completely level surface. Lastly, he filled the cracks in the concrete with our Nexus Pro sealant. Bill was amazed at the transformation, and he is glad he will now be able to enjoy an even patio and deck for many years to come.
