A homeowner in Forest Lake, MN, worried their front step was going to turn into a major tripping hazard. Hoping to avoid concrete replacement, the homeowner began looking into "concrete repair near me". One of the first companies to grab their attention was us, American Waterworks, so the homeowner decided to sign up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Design Specialist. The Design Specialist promptly arrived at the home and began the estimate. During the appointment, the Design Specialist determined the step was sinking due to settlement. To prevent the settlement from continuing, the Design Specialist recommended securing PolyLevel below the sinking steps. Knowing this was the best plan of action, the homeowner agreed and worked with the Design Specialist to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our PolyLevel crew traveled to the home to begin. First, the crew began by lifting the step back to its original level. Once the step was level, the crew shifted to replacing the old joints with NexusPro, a silicone-based solution. Once both products were secured, the crew cleaned up their matierals and left the home. The homeowner was grateful for the excellent work completed by the crew. If you notice your home is experiencing a similar issue, sign up for your FREE estimate today!

A homeowner in Prescott, WI, got in touch with us when she noticed that her concrete driveway was sinking, causing a separation between the driveway and garage floor. Not wanting the issue to worsen, she decided to call American Waterworks. We set her up with our FREE estimate, and a few weeks later our Design Specialist, Kyle P, headed out to the home to see what could be done.
After Kyle completed his inspection, he informed the homeowner that she could fix her sinking issue with our PolyLevel solution. He went on to say that our PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam that expands when its injected under concrete slabs, slowly lifting the slabs back into place. The final part of our lifting solution is installing our NexusPro, a silicone-based sealant that is applied to the cracks and joints of the concrete to prevent anything from getting under the slab, potentially compromising the lift. The homeowner agreed and work was scheduled for a few weeks later.
Our Foreman, Troy, and his team made quick work of the installation and when the job was done, our customer was thrilled to know her sinking concrete worries were in the past!
John B. in Afton, MN noticed that his concrete walkway had settled a few inches, creating a large step down from the door. He was unhappy with how it looked, and was concerned people would trip. He wanted to find an effective and affordable way to repair his concrete, rather than replacing it.
He found American Waterworks and was intrigued by the PolyLevel concrete repair solution that we offer. We sent one of our Design Specialists, Kevin McWithey, to his home to provide him with a FREE onsite estimate. John was pleased to learn that our PolyLevel foam injection is a more affordable, non-invasive and durable alternative to traditional concrete repair.
Our PolyLevel experts, Brandon Wiskow and Jared Wroblewski, drilled small holes into the concrete slabs where the foam would be injected. Then, the foam was injected until it was raised back to its original height. The cracks in the concrete were sealed with our Nexus Pro sealant and the process was complete! The job took roughly two hours, and John was able to see the transformation almost immediately because once the foam is injected it takes only 30 minutes to cure. John was glad he chose do go with the PolyLevel repair option provided by American Waterworks.

A homeowner in Afton, MN, knew it was about time to have their concrete driveway repaired when they noticed a large separation between sections of their driveway. Knowing the problem would only worsen, the homeowner knew it was time to get a second opinion. To start their search, the homeowner asked a local Facebook group if they had recommendations. The comments flooded with recommendations for us, American Waterworks. After seeing the high response, the homeowners decided to investigate our company. The homeowners were impressed by previous jobs and knew that we were the best fit. Next, the homeowners called our Appointment Center and signed up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, we sent one of our Design Specialist to determine the cause of the sinking. As soon as he arrived, he performed the inspection and found that the concrete was sinking into the ground. Once he determined the cause, the Design Specialist could devise a solution to fix the issue. Knowing this was their best option, the homeowners agreed to the Design Specialist's suggestions, and production preparations began. Our Foreman, Sam, and his crew arrived at the home to begin production. First, the crew inserted the PolyLevel underneath the front slab and a single slab on top of the driveway. The PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam injection solution that lifts and levels sinking concreting. Once the PolyLevel was inserted, the crew shifted their focus to replacing the joints near the door. To fill these joints, the crew used the NexusPro Sealant, a silicone-based sealant. After the joints were replaced, the crew was able to clean up the site and leave the home. The homeowners were grateful for the excellent work completed by the crew. American Waterworks is happy to assist our customers with their concrete concerns.
