Concrete Leveling Before & After Photos

A homeowner from Cakato, MN, had noticed a large crack forming in her front concrete walkway. She was worried about what could happen if she left the issue unresolved, so she began to look for companies offering concrete repair in MN. On the recommendation of one of our employees, she signed up for her FREE estimate, and several weeks later, Eric H, headed out to the home. 

Eric evaluated the concrete, and when he finished, he informed the homeowner that we could solve the sinking issue with our PolyLevel injection. PolyLevel is a dense polyurethane foam that expands when its injected beneath sinking concrete slabs. It slowly fills voids left by soil erosion, lifting sunken concrete back to it's place in the process. Eric went on to say that he wanted to safeguard the concrete with the help of our NexusPro. This silicone-based sealant gets applied directly to the cracks and joints in the newly lifted concrete and serves as a barrier, as it's specially formulated to stand up against harsh weather conditions, thus protecting the vulnerable soil below. Darrel W. in Dougherty, WI was tired of dealing with uneven concrete slabs on his front walkway. While he was at a local home show, he visited the American Waterworks booth because he saw that we are capable of raising and leveling concrete.

He spoke to our Design Specialist, Don Mancilman, about his situation. Don went to Darrel's home a few days later to inspect his walkway and provide him with a FREE estimate. One of our PolyLevel experts, Troy Johnson, drilled penny-sized holes into the concrete slabs for the foam to be injected. Then he injected the foam until the concrete was completely level.
