A homeowner in Maple Grove, MN, had noticed the concrete slabs in their walkway had begun sinking, causing it to lean onto one side. Knowing the issue would worsen without a proper solution, the homeowner contacted us to schedule their FREE estimate.
In less than a week, our Design Specialist, Kyle P., arrived at the home to assess the concrete. During the inspection, Kyle took a close look at the concrete slabs and identified the areas that would need lifting and leveling. After reporting his findings, Kyle recommended lifting the slabs with PolyLevel, sealing the joints, and repairing the cracks with NexusPro. Not wanting to go through the mess of mudjacking, the homeowner happily agreed to the recommendations.
In about a month, our Foreman, Bryce P., arrived at the home for the installation. Once the slabs had been successfully lifted and leveled and the crew had applied NexusPro, they cleaned up their equipment and left the home.

A customer from Maple Grove, MN got in contact with us when they began to notice that their front walkway was showing signs of sinkage. They were afraid that if they left the problem alone they would run the risk of creating even more drastic tripping hazards which could result in injury. When they called in we set them up with our FREE estimate. Once the appointment was booked, our Design Specialist, Brian R, headed out to the property. Once Brian completed his walkthrough he informed the homeowner that the reason they were experiencing the sinkage was because of the soil underneath the concrete slabs. He recommended the use of our PolyLevel injection to fix the issue. He explained that our PolyLevel is an expanding polyurethane foam that expands once it's injected beneath the concrete through small holes on the surface. Our customer agreed with this plan of action and work began once the weather warmed up.
Our PolyLevel Production crew, led by our Foreman, Sam, began the process by strategically drilling holes into the problem concrete. Next, they slowly injected the PolyLevel into the holes, monitoring the lifting process to ensure the slab returned to its former state. They finished the process by sealing all remaining joints and cracks with our NexusPro to ensure that no unwanted water would get beneath the slab in the future.
Once the job was complete our homeowner was happy to know that they didn't have to worry about any tripping hazards in the future!
Greg G. from Maple Grove, MN noticed that the concrete slab by the steps leading to the door of his home started to settle, causing a major tripping hazard. Greg was not satisfied with the way his pathway was looking and wanted to prevent it from being further damaged. Greg then contacted the Appointment Center here at American Waterworks to claim his FREE estimate. This entitled Greg to a full home inspection by one of our Design Specialists. Once an Appointment was set our Design Specialist began to conduct a thorough inspection of the issue to create a proposal that best solves the issue Greg is experiencing. Our Design Specialist proposed to Greg that the best solution was to invest in our PolyLevel Solution along with our NexusPro Solution. Our PolyLevel Solution is a polyurethane foam that is injected through the concrete to fill the voids that were left under the concrete slab due to soil erosion. The Polyurethane foam then expands and hardens supporting the problem slab. Once this step is completed then we apply our NexusPro solution to the cracks and joints, which is a silicone-based solution that has a UV protectant and is able to expand and compress through the different seasons along with the concrete slab. This provides maximum protection to the Polylevel and prevents it from being damaged by water and water vapor. Greg loved the proposal and proceeded to schedule a date of installation.
Our Foreman and his Production team then arrived at the property and began the installation process by strategically drilling holes into the problem slab and then injecting the PolyLevel Solution. Once leveled the team then proceeds to seal the cracks and joints by applying the NexusPro solution. Greg was satisfied with the project and is enjoying his nice and leveled pathway.
