Eric O. in Rochester, MN had a sunken porch that caused a large crack in the brick on the front of his home. Although it wasn’t hindering his foundation yet, it wasn’t aesthetically pleasing, and it bothered him that his porch was uneven. He discovered American Waterworks and was interested to learn more about our concrete repair, so he called us for a free estimate and we sent one of our Design Specialists, Don Mancilman, to his home to assess the situation and find a solution. Don was able to design a plan to raise his stoop which would in turn close the gap in the brick wall. Eric liked Don’s proposal, so they set a date for the concrete to be repaired.
One of our concrete repair experts, Brandon Wiskow, drilled small holes into his porch to inject the PolyLevel foam. Next, he injected the foam until the slab was raised and leveled, which closed the crack in the brick wall. PolyLevel is a faster, durable and more affordable alternative to traditional concrete repair. The process is non-invasive and only took a couple of hours to complete. Eric is glad he found a concrete repair solution that was the right fit for him. He is glad he will now be able to enjoy a raised and level stoop for years to come.

A homeowner in Rochester, MN, got in contact with us when he began to notice that his driveway was slowly separating from his home over time. Not wanting the problems to worsen, he decided to set up his FREE estimate and a few weeks later our Design Specialist, Gary, headed out to the property to see what could be done.
Once Gary finished his inspection he informed the homeowner that we could fix the situation using our PolyLevel lifting and leveling solution. He went on to say that our PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam that expands when its inserted under sinking concrete slabs, slowly lifting them back to the desired position. He then said the team would finish the job by sealing up all cracks and joints with our NexusPro to ensure that no elements find their way underneath the slab. The homeowners agreed and work began a few weeks later.
Our Foreman, Patrick, and his team made quick work of the installation and when the project was completed our customer was thrilled to know he no longer had to worry about a sinking driveway!

A homeowner from Rochester, MN, had been watching her concrete patio for a few years. She had noticed that the slab had begun sinking, and the sinking had become so bad she was seeing a trip hazard forming. She didn't want anyone to take an unnecessary tumble, so she reached out to American Waterworks to see what could be done. We set her up with our FREE estimate, and a few weeks later, our Design Specialist, Jesse, headed out to the home.
Once Jesse concluded his inspection, he met with the homeowner and informed her that we could help with the issue by using our PolyLevel lifting and leveling method. PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam that expands when injected beneath sinking concrete, filling voids left by soil erosion and slowly lifting the concrete back into place. He went on to say that we protect our lift by installing our NexusPro, a silicone-based sealant that gets applied to cracks and joints in the concrete to ensure nothing can permeate the slab, compromising the soil below. The homeowner agreed and a few weeks later the work began.
On the day of the project, our Foreman, Troy, and his team were able to lift the concrete, successfully eliminating the pesky trip hazard, and restoring safety. Now our customer can feel confident in the ground beneath her feet!
