Concrete Leveling Before & After Photos

A homeowner in Rochester, MN, tripped entering their home one evening. Worried this could turn into a major issue, the homeowner knew they needed to find a permanent solution. Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Design Specialist, Mitch. A few days later, Mitch traveled to the home to begin the inspection. During the estimate, Mitch found several areas that were suffering from settlement. To prevent this issue from worsening, Mitch recommended installing PolyLevel, a polyurthane foam injection solution, below the sinking slabs. Knowing this was the best plan, the homeowner decided to go ahead with the recommended plan of action. Next, Mitch worked with the homeonwer to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, we sent our Foreman, Ryan, and his crew to the home to begin the installation. First, Ryan and his crew began by inserting PolyLevel below the sinking slabs. After the slabs were properly lifted, the crew shifted to inserting NexusPro in the joints and cracks of the sidewalk. After all the products were installed, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was grateful for the excellent work completed by the crew. Next, our team applied our NexusPro over the crack, which prevents moisture from seeping through the cracks and gives the concrete a neat and clean finish.
