Our concrete repair experts drilled small holes in the concrete slabs and then injected the polymer foam to raise the slabs to be even with the garage floor. Once the concrete was raised, the crew replaced the concrete in the holes and sealed the concrete slabs with our SealantPro which protects the concrete and gives it a nice, finished look. The process took a couple of hours and now David can enjoy a beautiful patio for years to come!

A homeowner in Mondovi, WI, knew it was time to have their concrete inspected. The homeowner had heard great things about our company and services, so they decided to take a closer look at what we can offer. After reviewing our concrete services, the homeowner knew we were the company for them. The homeowner called our Appointment Center and signed up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was finalized, the homeowner waited for one of our Design Specialists, Chuck. Once Chuck arrived, he began his estimate on the sidewalk. It did not take Chuck long to discover the root of the issue, soil settlement. Chuck warned the homeowner that the issue would progress if the sidewalk was not lifted and leveled. After thinking about it, the homeowner decided to follow through with Chuck's recommendations. Our Forman, Sam and his crew were assigned to complete the tasks. As soon as they arrived, Sam and his crew began installing the PolyLevel underneath the sidewalk and driveway. Once the PolyLevel was fully installed, the crew shifted their focus to cleaning out and replacing the joints with the NexusPro Joint Sealant. After all the joints and cracks were repaired, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowners rejoiced to know their sidewalk was repaired. A homeowner in Prairie Du Chien, WI, saw water was beginning to pool near their home. Unsure of the cause, the homeowner decided to take a closer look at their stoop. The homeowner noticed their stoop was unleveled and was causing the pooling water. Wanting a professional to inspect the stoop, the homeowner looked into several concrete repair companies around them. However, one company stood above the rest, American Waterworks. The homeowner agreed with Ross' plan and the project was passed along for approval. Once approved by the office, they were sent to our Foreman, Sam, and his crew. Sam and his crew traveled to the home and started the project. First, they inserted PolyLevel, our polyurethane foam injection solution, underneath the affected concrete. Once the PolyLevel was inserted, the crew could shift their focus to filling the large crack near the front door. To fill the crack, the crew utilized NexusPro, a silicone-based solution. After the crack was repaired, the crew could clean up their materials and leave the home. The homeowner was glad to know that water was no longer pooling near their home. American Waterworks is happy to eliminate concrete sinking issues.
