To whom it may concern,  We wanted to say thank you to your company! What a fine group of young men we worked with to complete our project. Starting with Rick Weber who was our sales representative, and Trevor and Brevan who fixed our basement problem. All three were professional, polite and did a great job! They are great ambassadors for your company. You are lucky to have them on the American Waterworks team!

I had American Waterworks level my driveway with foam and had them grout the cracks as well. Everything was very organized from beginning to end. Emails reminding me that the date was approaching, they came when they said they would, and did an excellent job. Now the important part...I had just a bit of settling so I called them (they guaranteed their work). They scheduled someone to come out and take a look and within two weeks they sent a crew to re-level a few places. I couldn't be happier with American Waterworks!

Very happy with the entire experience! We were referred to American Waterworks by another contractor. The office staff was excellent with scheduling our appointments and the follow-up. The Design Specialist, Reed, was very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained exactly what would happen and was very accurate. Dylon was the Foreman for our concrete leveling project, and the installation crew was a fantastic group. It was a very hot, humid day, but the guys were in good spirits. The cleanup was great! 10! 

Troy and Cody did an amazing job and I'm completely satisfied with the results.  I would definitely recommend this service to anyone!

I chose to work with American Waterworks because the method of raising sunken concrete was more effective and durable. The service of the office staff was great. They kept me informed with email updates. The design specialist gave a thorough evalutation of the project, explained the process, and provided good information. The installation crew did a very good job! The Foreman explained what they were doing as they worked and answered my questions. The job site was left clean and finished. 

We decided to work with American Waterworks after seeing some advertising on TV and after a poor experience with a different company. The call reps are very friendly and helpful. Kevin, the Design Specialist, took the time to explain the process and gave us a detailed quote. The installatoin crew, lead by James, was very firendly and had great work ethic. From start to finish, everything was excellent! The brochures sent in the mail, and all communication throughout the entire process. No suprises! 

We were very pleased with the work they did. Our driveway and patio were "sinking" and needed help. They look great now!

I chose to work with American Waterworks for our concrete project because they used the polymer foam and the holes are much smaller compared to mudjacking. The office staff was always professional, the design specialist was a nice guy, and the installation crew guys were great, hardworking, and worked through the rain. I could tell they wanted my driveway perfect! The caulking makes my driveway look really sharp! I was actually a bit surprised that it looked that great! Thank you! 

Your design specialist, Mac, came today for my appointment. He was VERY professional, knowledgeable, and enjoyable. Not only did he fix my issue, but he explained another issue I had "growing" under my garage floor and sidewalk. He explained the concern so I understood exactly what it was. I also want to point out that I really appreciate the measures you take to introduce your company, spelling out the plan for the appointment, and an overview of the technician performing the work. I am impressed. I am also relieved to find a company that actually follows the handbook on "How to Fun A Company 101". It is refreshing to see professionalism and simple kindness. I have had a lot of work done on my home and all too often I get the sense that the companies that arrive are fly by night, put together with tape/glue, the employees rush through the job, or do not even show up, etc. Mac was able to spend all the time I needed on my small project. I never felt like it was too small of a job and he did not rush through the appointment. He made my tiny job feel important. It was not until the initial job was fixed that he brought up the concern he had about my garage floor and sidewalk. I then asked Mac to complete a bid on this project. I appreciated the technology and equipment that Mac had on-site to fully complete the bid during the appointment versus me having to wait for him to complete the bid at home during his "off hours". Mac had wonderful things to say about American Waterworks, the owner of American Waterworks, and about his job in general. I feel it is important for me to take the time to let you know that what I have seen in the way you have treated me as a customer, how you treat Mac as an employee, and how Mac treated me as a customer made a difference to me. As a result, you have a $6,600 project on the books for spring 2022! Thank you, American Waterworks, and thank you, Mac. I look forward to seeing you return! 

Had our sidewalk rasied to slope away from our basement wall and sealed. The crew was great, explained the process and cleaned up what little mess there was. Very positive experience.

Everything went as promised.  No surprisess.
