Mr Reker reached out to us in July with concerns from all the heaving, cracking and uneven concrete he was noticing around his property in Mantorville, MN.
American Waterworks was able to design a comprehensive plan to permanently lift and stabilize the sinking concrete slabs with a high-density polyurethane formula called PolyLEVEL.
A homeowner in Dodge Center, MN was facing multiple issues with concrete such as settling slabs along the walkway and the driveway of his home. Concerned it negatively impacted the curb appeal of his home, he decided to look into concrete lifting in the area. The homeowner found our website and decided to contact us to schedule his FREE estimate.
In a couple of weeks, our Design Specialist, Mitch S., arrived at the home to conduct a thorough inspection of the concrete and to answer any questions the homeowner had. Mitch explained that it was good that the homeowner wanted to address his damaged concrete right away rather than waiting as the issue would only worsen. Mitch then created a proposal for the homeowner recommending our PolyLevel, a high-density polyurethane formula that is engineered to lift settling slabs, and NexusPro, a silicone-based sealant to seal the joints and repair the cracks. After reviewing the proposal, the homeowner happily agreed and scheduled the installation date.
In about a month, our Foreman, Sam K., and his crew arrived at the home for the installation. They began installing PolyLevel by drilling small holes into the slabs and inserting the injection ports. Using an injection gun, PolyLevel is injected beneath the concrete slab, lifting it to the desired level. The crew then seals the holes with cement. Lastly, the crew applied NexusPro to the joints of both the walkway and driveway and repaired the cracks along the driveway. After they were done, they cleaned up their equipment and left the home.

The homeowner found the American Waterworks website when he searched companies in the area that specialized in concrete repair and decided to sign up for a FREE estimate with us. We decided to send over Design Specialist Kyle Peters to the home where he talked things over with the homeowner and inspected the area. Kyle knew that our PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam that lifts sinking concrete back up, would be the perfect solution to the issue. The homeowner agreed and was eager to move forward with the plans. Foreman Troy Johnson and his crew arrived at the site to carry out the installations and fix the problem once and for all. Mark M. in Goodhue, MN wanted to have his patio raised because it had sunk just over an inch after the change in season. He previously had work done by us, so he decided to contact us for a FREE estimate for our concrete repair services. One of our Design Specialists, Rick Weber, went to his home to design the best solution for his needs. Mark was pleased to learn that our PolyLevel concrete repair solution is more efficient and cost-effective than traditional concrete repair, and he enjoyed working with us in the past, so he scheduled the injection.
Our concrete repair expert, Brandon Wiskow, drilled small holes into the concrete patio where the slabs needed to be raised. Then, he injected the foam until the slabs were raised back to their original position. The process was minimally invasive and only took a couple of hours to complete. Mark was happy with the result and is glad he can enjoy a level patio for years to come!
