Our Design Specialist, Brian, got in contact with Barabara and scheduled a FREE estimate. Barbara was confident in the solution, so she went ahead with the project.
Our Foremen, Troy and Reese, started the project by injecting PolyLevel underneath the concrete to raise and stabilize the surface. This system is adjustable to loads of all sizes and can be used within 15 minutes of the application. Next, our team applied our NexusPro over the cracks to prevent moisture from seeping underneath and to give the concrete a nice, clean finish.

A homeowner in New Richmond, WI was looking for a service that was offered in her area that could help with concrete repair. She was unhappy with how her sidewalk was looking and was hoping to get it upgraded in time for the summer months. During her research she came across the American Waterworks website and was pleased with the past work we had done for customers. She decided to schedule her FREE estimate appointment with us to learn more about our services. When one of our Design Specialists, Kyle Peters, arrived at the home he inspected the area and answered all of the homeowner's questions. He explained that by using our PolyLevel product, a high-density polyurethane formula, the sinking slabs would be raised back to their original height. The homeowner agreed to Kyle's plans, and they were sent off for approval. When Foreman Troy Johnson and his crew visited the site, they carried out the PolyLevel installations and left the sidewalk in a smooth and leveled state once again. The homeowner was happy with the crew's work and thankful that we fixed the problem.
