Driveway Concerns in Eau Claire, WI

A homeowner in Eau Claire, WI was mowing her yard and noticed that the driveway looked a little off. After looking a bit closer, she found that it was slightly sunken in and the joints in between the concrete slabs had grown bigger. She decided to do some research on a solution rather than wait and have the problems grow over time. During her search, she found the American Waterworks website and was interested in our FREE estimate services. She scheduled one for her own home and began looking forward to fixing the problem. We sent one of our Design Specialists, Ross Johnson, to the home to speak more with the homeowner to hear her concerns and inspect the area. Ross explained that this problem was very common with old driveways and there was a solution, which the homeowner was happy hear of and she agreed to the plans. Foreman Troy Johnson and his crew later arrived at the site for the installations. To lift and level the driveway, the crew used PolyLevel, and to fill in the concrete slab joints they used NexusPro sealant. The homeowner was thrilled to have a leveled and smooth driveway again and thanked our staff for their work.

Sunken Porch Lifted with PolyLevel in West Salem, WI

A homeowner in West Salem, WI, noticed that his porch had begun sinking, causing the area to tilt and become uneven. Knowing the issue would only continue to worsen, the homeowner began looking into concrete lifting in the area and found us. After looking into our company, the services we offer, and our values, the homeowner contacted us to schedule her FREE estimate.

In less than a week, our Design Specialist, Ross J., arrived at the home to conduct a thorough inspection of the areas of concern, answer any questions, and provide the best solution for the homeowner. Ross explained to the homeowner that one of the most common causes of sinking concrete slabs is soil washout. When it rains or floods, water moves through the ground and washes away the supporting soils, keeping the slabs upright. To fix this issue, Ross recommended PolyLevel, our waterproof foam formula that expands beneath settled slabs, causing accurate lifting. Alongside PolyLevel, Ross also recommended NexusPro, our silicone-based sealant that provides durability and flexibility to seal the joints. The homeowner happily agreed to Ross's recommendations, and the installation date was scheduled.

In about a month, our Foreman, Jordan S., and his crew arrived at the home for the installation. The crew began installing PolyLevel by drilling small 3/8 inch holes into the concrete slabs. PolyLevel is then injected beneath the slab, filling in the voids in the soil and causing the slab to lift. Once lifted to the desired level, the crew seals the holes with cement. Lastly, they sealed the joints with NexusPro. After the crew was done with the installation, they cleaned up their equipment and left the home.

Now, our customer can have peace of mind knowing his concrete issues have been properly addressed! Are you experiencing something similar? Click HERE to schedule your FREE estimate today!

Once the install date arrived, our Foreman, Jordan, and his crew traveled to the home to begin the project. First, Jordan and his crew inserted the PolyLevel below the sinking sidewalk and driveway.
