Design Specialist, Don Mancilman, went onsite to do a free estimate and he developed a plan to raise and level Lynn's concrete. 

The PolyLevel injection is a faster, more affordable and durable option for concrete repair. From start to finish, the project only took a couple of hours, and Lynn was pleased with how quickly she saw the results. Our crew drilled a hole through the floor in the basement to insert a PVC pipe and create a suction point for the radon gas. Then the gas is vented through the pipe and out of the home. A fan is also installed at the top of the PVC pipe where the gas is vented out to ensure that the gas is pushed away from the home. Our production team installed 4 wall anchors through the cracked wall in his basement. The anchor rods are drilled deep into the soil out side of the home and wall plates are installed on either end of the rod to secure the anchor. Then, they tighten the anchor which begins the process of straightening the wall. Our wall anchors permanently stabilized Adam’s foundation wall, and our anchors are backed by a lifetime warranty, so Adam can rest easy knowing that he chose the right solution to repair his foundation.

Our concrete repair experts drilled small holes into the concrete apron and then injected the polymer foam. They repeated this process a couple of times until the concrete was even with the garage floor and the rest of the driveway. They filled back the holes with concrete and then sealed the cracks in the concrete with our NexusPro sealant. This sealant protects the concrete and gives it a nice, finished look.
