A homeowner in Harmony, MN, had noticed a musty odor from their basement and was concerned they were experiencing water issues. Knowing the issue could not wait, the homeowner contacted us to schedule their FREE estimate.

Solution

In less than a week, our Design Specialist, Brian R., arrived at the home to conduct a thorough inspection. During the inspection, he noticed the humidity levels were higher than normal and water stains along the perimeter of the basement.
