Jim got in contact with our Appointment Center here at American Waterworks and scheduled his FREE estimate with our Design Specialist, Kyle H. Kyle headed out to Jim's property and began a thorough inspection of the home to obtain a proper diagnosis of the home and prevent any other issues from arising. Kyle proposed to Jim that the best solution to the issues he is experiencing is to invest in our TripleSafe Sump Pump System. Once the job is done the production team then places a new layer of concrete around the TripleSafe to provide a cleaner and more finishing look.
