Chad A., a resident of Wahpeton, ND had water leaking into the basement of his home, causing him to worry about water moisture and damage to property. Our Foreman, Ryan, and his production team began the project by cutting out the concrete floor perimeter of the basement, forming a waterway trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard Drainage System, which prevents water and mud clogs, collects leaking water from basement walls, and works hand in hand with the sump pump. Next, Ryan and his crew installed our CleanSpace Wall System Vapor Barrier around the entire wall perimeter, which prevents mold and humidity and gives the room a clean and bright appearance. Lastly, our crew installed our SuperSump Plus M53 sump pump, which keeps basements dry for long periods of time and works together with the WaterGuard to pump water out of the basement. To complete the installation, Ryan and his team covered the open gaps with river rock and pea gravel and applied new concrete over it. Chad was extremely pleased with the work that was done and had a pleasant experience from start to finish!
