Our crew drilled small holes into the concrete slabs where they needed to be raised. They injected the polymer foam into the concrete, which expands and then raises the slabs. This process took about half a day, and once the concrete was raised, they finished the job by sealing the cracks with our NexusPro sealant. NexusPro protects the concrete and gives it a beautiful, finished look.

A homeowner in Cakota, MN, noticed their sump pump was beginning to slow down. Knowing this could lead to larger issues, the homeowner wanted to have the problem resolved. The homeowner decided to sign up for their FREE estimate, and we sent one of our Design Specialists, Ryan, to the home. Once Ryan arrived at the home, he began by inspecting the entire basement. Following his evaluation, Ryan confirmed the homeowner's suspicions, the sump pump was on its last leg. Ryan suggested a new sump pump be installed and a new feed line be dug in the basement. The homeowner agreed and the production preparations began. Our Foreman, Francisco and his crew were assigned to complete the project. First, the crew began by taking out the old sump pump. Once the old sump pump was removed, the crew could dig a feedline from the center of the basement to where the new sump pump will be placed. Next, the crew installed the SuperSump + and attached the IceGuard on the outside discharge lines. The crew completed the projects without any issues. The homeowners were grateful for the excellent job completed by the crew. American Waterworks is happy to assist another customer with their sump pump issues.
A homeowner from Cakato, MN, had noticed a large crack forming in her front concrete walkway. She was worried about what could happen if she left the issue unresolved, so she began to look for companies offering concrete repair in MN. On the recommendation of one of our employees, she signed up for her FREE estimate, and several weeks later, Eric H, headed out to the home.
Eric evaluated the concrete, and when he finished, he informed the homeowner that we could solve the sinking issue with our PolyLevel injection. PolyLevel is a dense polyurethane foam that expands when its injected beneath sinking concrete slabs. It slowly fills voids left by soil erosion, lifting sunken concrete back to it's place in the process. Eric went on to say that he wanted to safeguard the concrete with the help of our NexusPro. This silicone-based sealant gets applied directly to the cracks and joints in the newly lifted concrete and serves as a barrier, as it's specially formulated to stand up against harsh weather conditions, thus protecting the vulnerable soil below. The homeowner agreed to the proposed work, and the job was scheduled for several weeks later.
On the day of the project, our Foreman, Dylon V, and his team were able to complete the lift and seal with no issues. Now, our customer can rest easy knowing her uneven concrete worries are in the past!
