Our Foreman, Arturo, and his crew traveled to the home and began installing the recommended waterproofing products. First, the crew installed the WaterGuard around the majority of the perimeter of the basement. Once the WaterGuard was installed, a feedline was installed across the basement floors. Next, the crew installed the TripleSafe Sump Pump and IceGuard to tie into the existing system. The crew installed all the waterproofing products and left the basement nice and dry. The homeowners were thankful they had a proper waterproofing system installed in their basement. American Waterworks is pleased to assist another valued customer.

Our production crew removed the concrete around the perimeter of the basement floor and drilled small holes through the wall which released the water that was built up. They laid the WaterGuard drainage system and installed the TripleSafe sump pump, which is our most reliable sump pump system. The WaterGuard now properly guides water to the sump pump and the water is then expelled from the home through the discharge line. Lastly, they installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier system which protects the basement from humidity and future mold growth. They replaced the concrete and the project was complete! Ken’s basement has been completely transformed to a dry, healthier space, and his peace of mind has been restored.
