Our Foreman, Corey Tollefson, and his production team broke out the concrete floor perimeter, forming a drainage trench. In the trench, our team installed 115 feet of our WaterGuard Drainage System, which serves as an interior, underground drain, prevents water clogs, and collects water seepage from basement walls. Next, our team covered the open gaps with rock and applied new concrete on top of it.

Ryan M. of Thief River Falls, MN had cracked foundation walls throughout his entire basement, making him worry about the structural build of his home. Our TripleSafe provides three layers of water protection, solves all three water problems in one system, and comes with a battery back-up. To complete the project, our team covered the open gaps with river rock and applied new concrete. Ben was very satisfied with the repairs and was shocked by the transformation!
