A homeowner in Wacouia, MN, knew it was time to repair the severely sunken section of their driveway. Worried this could become a serious issue, the homeowner knew they needed to find a permanent solution. The homeowner looked into several different repairs in their area, but only one stood above the rest: American Waterworks. Once the estimate was set, we sent one of our Design Specialists, Greg, to the home to take a closer look. After Greg arrived, he started the thorough inspection of the exterior concrete. During the inspection, Greg found that several areas were suffering from settlement. To prevent this issue from worsening, Greg recommended lifting and leveling the areas back to their original position. The homeowner agreed and worked with Greg to find the best installation date. Once the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Jordan, and his crew traveled to the home to begin the installation. First, Jordan and his crew lifted the sunken areas with PolyLevel, a polyurthane foam injection solution. Once all the areas were lifted, the crew shifted to repairing the joints and cracks with NexusPro, a silicone-based solution. The crew cleaned up their materials and left. Our Foreman and his production crew started the installation by injecting our PolyLevel underneath the sidewalk to lift and level the concrete surface. This foam injection is designed to fill the open voids underneath the concrete that is caused by soil erosion. Next, our crew applied our NexusPro over the cracks, which gives the concrete a neat, finished look and it prevents water from seeping underneath.

A homeowner in Carver, MN, grew concerned regarding the cracks and separation growing throughout the cement in front of their home. Wanting a solution for their issue, the homeowner explored many concrete repair options in the surrounding area. After seeing their impressive work on their social media, the homeowner decided to work with American Waterworks. The homeowner called our Appointment Center and signed up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate appointment was made, we sent out our Design Specialist, Kyle, to the home to inspect the concrete. Following the inspection, Kyle determined the concrete near the home's entrance was sinking and needed to be lifted. After warning them about the long-term damage, Kyle proposed a solution to the homeowner. The homeowner agreed to Kyle's suggestions and a crew was sent out to the home. Our Foreman, Sam, and his crew were sent to the home and begin repairs. First, the crew began by injecting the PolyLevel into the sinking concrete slabs. After the PolyLevel was installed, the crew injected NexusPro into the large crack in the sidewalk. Next, the crew shifted their focus to installing the SealantPro in the joints of the sidewalk. Patrick and the crew finished the job and cleaned up their site. The homeowner was pleased with the excellent job completed by the crew. Bev H. of Morristown, MN had bowed foundation walls so she called American Waterworks for a FREE Estimate. Our Design Specialist, Jeremy Girgen, went to her home to inspect the problem and come up with a solution. Bev was comfortable with the proposal so she got an installation date scheduled. 

Our Foreman, Hugo Sanchez, and his production team began the installation by digging two holes outside of the left side of the home. In each hole, our team installed a long, metal rod from the exterior soil to the interior foundation wall. On each end of the rod, our crew installed our GeoLock Wall Anchors, will tighten and straighten the foundation walls back into their normal position. To complete the installation, Hugo and his team replaced the exterior soil and backfilled each hole. Bev was thrilled with the outcome and couldn't believe the project only took one day!
