Jodie S. of Bagley, MN had water leaking throughout her basement, causing him to worry about water moisture, mold build-up, and humidity. She got in contact with American Waterworks and scheduled a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Richie Noreen. Richie went to her home, carefully inspected her water leaks, and came up with a solution that worked for her needs and budget. Jodie felt comfortable with Richie's proposal and got all of her questions answered, so she went ahead with the project and got a date scheduled for the installation.
Our Foreman, Ryan Loe, and his production crew started the installation by cutting out the concrete floor perimeter, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard Drainage System. Our WaterGuard is made to prevent water clogs, serve as an underground drain that connects to the sump pump, and collect leaking water from basement walls. Then, Ryan and his team installed our CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier System, which is made to prevent mold and humidity, act as an extra wall protectant, cover any holes or divots, and it gives the space a clean and neat appearance. To complete the installation, our team covered the open floor gaps with river rock and applied new concrete over it, making the basement look neater than when they found it. Jodie was happy with the repairs and had a great experience with our team from the appointment to the installation!

Matthew L. of Bagley, MN had water seeping into his basement and had foundation cracks in his exposed basement wall. Our office staff got in contact with him and scheduled a FREE estimate with our Design Specialist, Richie. Richie went to his home and inspected his basement leaks and foundation cracks. Richie proposed our DryTrak Baseboard Drain Pipe for the water leaks and our CarbonArmor Wall Reinforcing System for the foundation cracks. Matthew was confident in both products and their warranties, so he went ahead with the installation.
Our Foreman, Ryan, and his production crew installed six of our CarbonArmor with epoxy resin. This system is designed to stabilize and strengthen foundation walls and is 10 times stronger than steel. After the installation, it becomes part of the wall structure and can be painted to match the color of the wall. Next, our team installed our DryTrak Baseboard Drain Pipe around the floor perimeter, which collects water from basement walls, stays out of the mud zone, and requires no jackhammering. Since this foundation's floor and footing comes as one piece, DryTrak was the correct interior drainage system to use. Matthew was thrilled with the repairs and had a great experience with our team!

A homeowner in Bagley, MN, was incredibly troubled about the fractured wall in their basement. The homeowners knew the only solution was to search for professional assistance. After seeing many individuals doing excellent work around their neighborhood, the homeowners decided to work with American Waterworks. After signing up for our FREE estimate on our website, the homeowners prepared for the arrival of our Design Specialist, Kole. Soon after Kole's arrival, he began his assessment of the wall's status. Kole warned the homeowners that the wall was severely falling apart and facing wall failure. To solve this issue, Kole recommended the wall be permanently stabilized with our heavy-duty wall restoration system, the EverBrace. The homeowners agreed and we assigned a crew to complete the job. Our Foreman, Domenic, and his crew arrived at the home and began preparation for the wall restoration. The EverBrace system was installed along the south wall of the basement. Additionally, holes were filled where the steps of the basement once were. After the EverBrace was successfully installed, the crew cleaned up the site and left the home. The homeowners were relieved that their basement was saved from possible failure. American Waterworks is happy to give another customer peace of mind.
A homeowner in Bagley, MN, was worried after discovering their sidewalk was sinking into the ground. Not sure of the cause, the homeowner was worried about the long-term effects. The homeowner knew they could not fix the issue on their own, so they looked into "concrete lifting Fargo" since Fargo was the closest city. At the top of the list was us, American Waterworks. The homeowner took a closer look at our company and decided we were the best fit for their home. Since they were already on the website, the homeowner signed up for their FREE estimate. After the estimate was set, we sent Richie, one of our Design Specialists to the home. Richie arrived and introduced himself to the homeowner. After Richie completed the estimate, he was able to come up with a solution for the homeowner. Richie suggested lifting and leveling the affected concrete. Knowing this was their best option, the homeowner agreed, and the plans were sent to be approved. Once they were approved, our Foreman, Charlie, and his crew were assigned to complete the project. Charlie and his crew arrived at the home and started by lifting and leveling the driveway and sidewalk leading to the home. To lift these areas, the crew utilized PolyLevel, our polyurethane foam injection solution. Once the affected concrete was lifted, the crew cleaned up their material and left the home. The homeowner was relieved to know their sidewalk and driveway were no longer sinking. American Waterworks is happy to provide another home with peace of mind.
Cindy, from Plummer, MN, was looking for some solutions for her home's basement space. The basement was experiencing water intrusion and cracking foundation, so she decided to call American Waterworks for a FREE estimate. Shortly after the appointment was scheduled, our Design Specialist, Ian, headed out to the property. Following a thorough inspection, Ian gave his recommendations to Cindy, suggesting that she invest in our WaterGuard system as well as our SuperSump Plus. This particular system is typically used in basements and is the premier choice for basement waterproofing as it is installed below the floor but rests atop the foundation, keeping it out of the "mud zone", making it harder to clog. Cindy agreed, and our crew got to work.
Our Foreman and his crew began implementing our WaterGuard System. From there, our crew installed our SuperSump Plus Sump Pump to the feedline. Our crew filled the open gaps with rock and replaced the concrete. The drainage system now properly guides water to the sump pump and from there, the sump pump pushes the water through the discharge line and expels it from the home.
After all was said and done, Cindy was glad she made the decision to call American Waterworks and had her peace of mind restored.
