WaterGuard System Installed in Maplewood, MN

A homeowner in Maplewood, MN was worried about his basement when he went downstairs to the space and found some water damage to the floors in the utility room. He figured this wasn't a good sign and was determined to make a change sooner than later to prevent future issues from happening again. As he lived near the cities and knew there would be more luck with finding a service with that city name, so he looked up "waterproofing Minneapolis." The American Waterworks company website showed up and he quickly became interested in the products and services that we offered. He signed up for one of our FREE estimates and was later met by one of our Design Specialists, Darin Stenglein. Darin inspected the basement space and informed the homeowner that our WaterGuard basement drainage system and CleanSpace wall vapor barrier would be the perfect solution for his basement. Sinking Walkway Gets a Lift in Saint Paul, MN

A homeowner from Saint Paul, MN, was bringing home some groceries one day when she took a nasty tumble going up her front concrete stairs. When she turned to look to see where the hazard was, she was surprised to see that her front concrete walkway was slowly sinking and separating from his front concrete stairs. She had no idea how long the issue had been forming but knew she wanted to have it fixed. She began to look for a concrete repair company in Minnesota and eventually found our website. She signed up for her FREE estimate, and several weeks later, Kyle P, one of our Design Specialists, headed out to the home.

Kyle got right to work inspecting the concrete. When he finished, he informed the homeowner that he wanted to use our PolyLevel injection. PolyLevel is a dense polyurethane foam that expands when it's injected beneath sinking concrete slabs. It works to fill voids left by soil erosion and, in the process, lifts the concrete back to its desired height.  Kyle went on to say that once the concrete had been lifted, he wanted to see the lift protected with our NexusPro. This silicone-based sealant gets applied to the cracks and joints in the newly lifted concrete and works to prevent unwanted moisture from getting below the slab. The homeowner liked the sound of protecting his investment and decided to schedule the job for several weeks later.

On the day of the project, our Foreman, Dylon V, and his team were able to complete the lift, level, and seal with no issues. Now our customer can confidently walk in her front door without worries of taking a spill!

Egress Window Well Installed in Maplewood, MN

A homeowner in Maplewood, MN, had been thinking about installing an egress window for a while so that her family would have a means of escape in case of an emergency. She decided it was time to get started on the home project and began looking for services in the area. The homeowner found our website, and after browsing, was impressed with our 5-star reviews and decided to schedule her FREE estimate.
In a couple of weeks our Design Specialist, Brad W, arrived at the home to inspect the basement. The homeowner had informed Brad which window she would like the egress to be installed and Brad quickly worked on a design and solution for the homeowner. He explained that our RockWell window well duplicates the appearance of stone, providing a pleasing look both inside and outside of the home. Alongside this, our egress also has steps that can be used to easily leave the home and also allow more light to get into the basement. After the homeowner reviewed Brad's proposal, she decided to move forward with the project.

In about a month, our Foreman, Francisco E., and his crew arrived at the home for the installation. They began by digging out the soil outside of the window to ensure there was enough space where the RockWell would be placed. Then, the original window is removed and replaced it with a larger window to ensure that it remains up to code. After this, the RockWell is placed down and attached to the foundation. Lastly, the crew installs the safety cover to keep leaves and debris out. Once they were done, they cleaned up their equipment and left the home.

Now, our customer can have peace of mind that her family has an escape route in case of any emergency. Are you experiencing something similar? Click HERE and schedule your FREE estimate today!
