Darin then created a proposal for the homeowner where he suggested installing our WaterGuard, CleanSpace wall system, Shipshape monitor, and our Zoeller M98 pump, which is capable of removing 3,900 gallons of water per hour. After reviewing Darin's proposal, the homeowner happily agreed and decided to move forward with the project.

In two months, our Foreman, Kiko P., and his crew arrived at the home for the installation. They began by installing 45ft of our CleanSpace vapor wall system by attaching them to the walls using drilled-in fasteners. Then, the crew installed 113ft of WaterGuard around the perimeter of the basement and ensured it was connected to the sump pump. The crew also replaced the pump with our Zoeller M98 before installing our Shipshape, which would monitor the system. Lastly, the crew restored the flooring by pouring concrete. Once everything was installed the crew cleaned up their equipment and left the home.

A Falcon Heights, MN, homeowner was chatting with a neighbor one day when he learned that they had their home mitigated for radon gas. The homeowner didn't know much about the gas, but knew that if their neighbor had it, their home could be at risk as well. Kyle finished by saying that if the levels returned higher than 4 pCi/L, he would strongly urge the homeowner to install a radon mitigation system in the home, explaining that this system consists of a large-diameter plastic pipe that connects the air beneath your foundation to the outdoors. An in-line fan sucks radon-rich air from beneath your foundation and expels this hazardous air to the exterior. Instead of entering your basement or other living space area through numerous gaps and cracks in the foundation, radon gas is extracted from beneath your foundation before it can permeate into the interior space. The homeowner was happy with Kyle's honesty and transparency about the issue, and the two decided to discuss more when the results were in. 48 hours later, the results returned far higher than 4 pCi/L, and the two began discussing installation dates.

Once the sidewalk was properly lifted, the crew took out the old joints and replaced them with NexusPro. Once all the joints were replaced, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. Our Foremen, Troy and Sam, and their crew members both completed the work. Troy and his crew injected the PolyLevel, which is a special foam that gets injected underneath the concrete to fill the voids caused by soil erosion and to lift and stabilize the surface. Sam and his crew applied our NexusPro over the cracks, which is a special sealant that prevents water from invading the soil beneath the concrete and it gives the concrete a clean, polished finish. Aaron was happy with the work and appreciated the teamwork involvement!
