Joe L. in Rose Creek, MN contacted American Waterworks after seeing one of our yard signs in his neighbor’s yard. The sidewalk along his house was settling and guiding water towards the foundation after any rain or melting snow. He was interested in our PolyLevel concrete repair option, and was happy to learn how quick, affordable, and non-invasive it was. 

Our Foreman, Troy Johnson, and Co-Foreman, Chris Schomaker, drilled small holes throughout the concrete slabs that needed to be raised. Next, they injected the foam into the holes until the slabs were raised back to their original position. They covered up the holes with concrete and cleaned up their work area. Joe was impressed with the quick installation and cure time, and his peace of mind was restored knowing that any water was now being guided away from his home.

Our Foreman, Jeromy Anderson, and his production team began the installation by cutting out the concrete perimeter of the basement to install our WaterGuard System, designed to collect water seepage from basement walls. Next, our team applied our CleanSpace Wall System around the wall perimeter of the basement, made to prevent mold and humidity development. Then, our crew installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump System which provides three levels of water protection. To complete the project, Jeromy and his crew covered the open gaps with rock and replaced the concrete. Bill was very satisfied with the work and had a great experience with both Kevin and Jeromy!

Two homeowners in Orchard, IA had water present in their basement, causing them to worry about the value of their home. Our Foreman, Brandon Wiskow, drilled small holes into the concrete on his stoop where he needed to inject the foam. He injected our PolyLevel into the holes until the concrete slab was level. Then, he sealed the cracks in the concrete with our Nexus Pro sealant, which protects the concrete and gives it a nice, finished look. The process only took about half a day, and now Jon will be able to enjoy level concrete for years to come.
