This beautiful crawl space transformation comes to us from Webster, MN.  Originally lined with rock, it was time for a transformation to keep moisture out in the summer and heat in during the winter.  In just one day, American Waterworks was able to install our most trusted TripleSafe sump pump, CleanSpace high-performance moisture barrier and drainage matting system to align with the homeowner's waterproofing and energy efficiency goals.

A company in Chanhassen, MN had sunken concrete leading up to the front door of their store and it had created a large trip hazard. We had a Design Specialists do an onsite inspection and he designed a solution using our PolyLevel foam that they were happy with, so they scheduled the project.

One of our PolyLevel experts, Brandon Wiskow, drilled penny-sized holes into the concrete slabs that needed to be raised. He injected a polymer foam into the concrete until the slabs were raised and leveled with the surrounding concrete. Our concrete repair solution was able to eliminate a dangerous trip hazard for this business, ensuring that their customers had a safe walkway when entering the building. Our Foreman, Brandon, and his crew arrived at the home and began the project. First, the crew removed all the debris and existing insulation from the crawl space. Then, the injected sprayfoam in the joist pockets in the crawl space. Once the area was clear, the crew could lay the Drainage Matting on the crawl space floor. After the Drainage Matting was secured, the crew installed CleanSpace on the crawl space walls and floor. To complete the job, the crew installed Foamax on the outside of the crawl space walls.
