A homeowner in Austin, MN, noticed several cracks throughout several walls in their basement. Wanting to get an answer to this question, the homeowner began searching for a company that would provide them with answers. Knowing American Waterworks has done past work in their area before, the homeowner looked into our services and previous jobs. The homeowner was impressed and signed up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of one of our Design Specialists, Darin. After Darin arrived, he began inspecting the foundation inside and outside the home. Darin discovered that the foundation was lacking and required stabilization. Darin recommended that GeoLocks be installed outside the entire perimeter of the home. Knowing this was their best option, the homeowner agreed and production commenced. Our Foreman, Crescencio, and his crew arrived at the home to begin the GeoLock installation. The crew installed 20 GeoLock anchors around the perimeter of the foundation. GeoLocks anchors are stabilized walls by being attached to the outside soil. Once all the GeoLocks were secured into place, the crew cleaned up their site and left the home. The homeowners were pleased with the work completed by the crew. An office manager for a Dentist's office in Austin, MN became concerned about the cracked and unleveled concrete sidewalk when a customer tripped on their way inside. Not wanting this issue to cause trouble in the future for more customers, she researched services in the surrounding area that could help resolve the issue. Discovering the American Waterworks website, she became intrigued by our FREE estimate service and scheduled an appointment. Our Design Specialist, Kevin Beseman, visited the site to see what the issue was and informed the office of our PolyLevel and NexusPro sealant products. He explained that PolyLevel is a practical, affordable solution for concrete sidewalk repair. In addition to taking less time and costing you less, concrete leveling is far less disruptive to the landscaping. In addition, the NexusPro sealant is a long-lasting solution for repairing cracks in any concrete slab. He informed them that using both products together would lead to a long-lasting, positive result. A few weeks later, our Foreman, Jordan Simonson, and his crew visited the site and began work on the sidewalk by installing the two products, ensuring that the office workers and their customers had a trip-free sidewalk.

A few weeks later our Design Specialist, Brady, headed out to the home to see what we could do. Once he completed his walkthrough he informed the homeowner of his plan.
