A homeowner in Dundas, MN, had noticed that their back porch had begun sinking, causing the concrete slabs to lean one way. Knowing the issue would continue to worsen, the homeowner began searching for concrete contractors around the area and found our website. After browsing our website and becoming impressed by our reviews, the homeowner contacted us to schedule their FREE estimate. 

In less than a week, our Design Specialist, Romeo V., arrived at the home for the inspection. During the inspection, Romeo noticed signs of soil washout. He explained to the homeowner that soil washout is the process in which water moves through the ground and washes away the supporting soils. Over time, this causes gaps in the soil, and the slab would begin to sink. To effectively tackle this issue, Romeo recommended lifting the slabs with PolyLevel, our elite foam solution, and NexusPro, our silicone-based sealant, to seal the joints. After reviewing the proposal, the homeowner happily agreed and decided to move forward with the project.

In about a month, our Foreman, Troy J., and his crew arrived at the home for the installation. The crew began by drilling small holes into the slabs. Next, PolyLevel is injected beneath, lifting the slabs back to their original position. Lastly, our crew sealed the joints using NexusPro.

A client in Austin MN noticed a significant drop in a concrete slab the was poured in front of his garage door.
