Our Foreman, Arturo, and his crew installed 908 feet of our CleanSpace Encapsulation, which is a vapor barrier that prevents mold and mildew and provides room for more storage space. Next, our crew installed 464 feet of our Foamax Wall Panels, which is a foam insulation that keeps spaces warm and saves money on energy costs. Mike S. in Nerstrand, MN had water seeping into his basement from the ground and the walls. It had caused damage to his home and made the basement an unlivable space. He decided it was time to get help from a professional waterproofing contractor. A friend of his had previously worked with American Waterworks and recommended us to Mike, so he gave us a call to set up a FREE onsite inspection.

Our Design Specialist determined that the best option to permanently waterproof Mike’s basement would be to install a full perimeter of WaterGuard, a TripleSafe sump pump and a full perimeter of CleanSpace. Mike agreed that was the right plan for his needs, so they set a date for the installation.

Our crew removed the concrete perimeter of the basement and laid the WaterGuard drainage system. This system guides water properly to the sump pump, which then discharges the water to the outside of the home. Then, our CleanSpace barrier was installed, which protects the walls from any water seeping and from mold growing. The installation process took a couple of days, but Mike and his family can now enjoy a clean, dry and livable basement for a lifetime.

Management of Denver Drug Pharmacy in Denver, IA wanted their sidewalk concrete repaired. After getting previous work done by American Waterworks, they wanted to take the same route. Our Design Specialist, Mac Cole, went to their store to inspect the problem and come up with a solution. Management was confident in Mac's proposal, so they went ahead with the project. 

Our Foreman, Troy Johnson, injected 92 pounds of our PolyLevel underneath the concrete to lift and raise the surface so all of it was stabilized. Our PolyLevel is a unique kind of foam that cures quickly and adjusts repairs right away. Troy made sure management was happy with the outcome!

Our PolyLevel is a special, dense foam that cures quickly and prevents any further soil build-up. Next, Troy applied 34 feet of our NexusPro over the concrete cracks. Our NexusPro is a protective sealant that provides long-term flexibility, prevents further bubbling or cracking, and gives the concrete a neat appearance. Gloria was thrilled with the work and had a remarkable experience from start to finish!
