In Eden Prairie, MN, a homeowner was looking to upgrade their basement waterproofing system after noticing mold growth and a musty smell. The homeowner had gotten a sump pump installed in their basement through us and had only a positive experience, so they decided to contact us again to have one of our trained experts take a look at the basement.

In less than a week, our Design Specialist arrived at the home to conduct a thorough inspection of the basement. During the inspection, he tested the humidity levels in the home, looked for any signs of water leaks, and tested the sump pump system. After confirming that the sump pump system is working exceptionally well, and there were signs of water leaks along the edges of the floor, our Design Specialist began working on a solution. To stop the water leaks, he recommended installing WaterGuard, our perimeter drainage system, and CleanSpace, our vapor wall barrier. Happy with their past experience with us, the homeowner decided to move forward with the project.

In about a month, our Foreman, Kiko P., and his crew arrived at the home for the installation. The crew successfully installed 67ft of WaterGuard and CleanSpace!

Steven and Joan P. of Eden Prairie, MN had water leaking through the walls of their crawl space. After doing some research on our website, they called our office to set up a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Eric Hazelton, to inspect their problem and come up with a solution. Steven and Juan were comfortable with Eric's proposal, so they went ahead with the project. 

Our Foreman, Jeromy Anderson, and his production team began the installation by breaking out part of the concrete perimeter of their crawl space to form a trench. In the trench, our team installed 54 feet of our WaterGuard System which serves as an underground drain and collects water seepage from basement walls. Next, our team installed our SuperSump Pump M53, made to pump water out efficiently and keep areas clean for long periods of time. Lastly, our team applied 189 feet of our Foamax Wall Panels around the wall perimeter. Our Foamax reduces moisture condensation and provides extra comfort from any further damage. To complete the work, our team covered the open gaps with rock and replaced the concrete. Steven and Joan's peace of mind was and still is restored!

Next, our crew screwed on and tightened a GeoLock Wall Anchor to the ends of each rod, enabling the anchors to pull the foundation wall back into its normal position. Our GeoLock Wall Anchors prevent further cracking, stabilize walls, and can be tightened overtime if needed. To complete the installation, Jose and his team backfilled each hole and replaced the soil. The homeowners were amazed at how quickly the work was finished and feels much safer living in their homes!

Our Foreman, Jeremiah, and his crew traveled to the home to begin the installation. First, the crew installed the WaterGuard around the perimeter of the basement. Once the WaterGuard was in place, the crew could shift their focus to replacing the current sump pump with the SuperSump Plus. To finish off the water system, the crew installed the IceGuard on the outside discharge line. Finally, the crew installed CleanSpace along the entire west wall of the basement. Once the CleanSpace was put into place, the crew cleaned up the site and left the home. The homeowners were grateful for the excellent work completed by the crew. Once Mitch completed his walkthrough, he met with the homeowner to deliver his recommendation. Mitch informed the homeowner that the problem could be fixed by installing our PolyLevel. PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam that expands when injected beneath sinking concrete slabs, filling voids left over by soil erosion and slowly lifting the concrete back into place. He went on to say that we finish all of our PolyLevel installation our NexusPro. A silicone-based sealant, NexusPro gets applied to all cracks and joints in the problem slab to prevent any unwanted moisture from getting beneath the slab to the soil below. The homeowner agreed and work was scheduled to begin a few weeks later. 

On the day of the installation, our Foreman, Troy J, was able to complete the lift to the costumer's satisfaction. Now our customers can host friends and family without worries of potential trip hazards!
