Our Foreman, Kiko Pena, and his production crew got to work and began the waterproofing project by first removing the concrete around the perimeter of the basement to make a trench for our WaterGuard drainage system. Next, they installed our recommended TripleSafe sump pump, spray foam insulation in the rim joists, and Foamax insulated panels on the walls. They completed the project with the installation of our SaniDry XP dehumidifier to take care of any humidity. The combination of these waterproofing products ensure Nancy’s basement will stay healthy, clean, and dry!

In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard System, which prevents water clogs, collects water seepage from basement walls, and works hand in hand with the sump pump in order to pump water out of the basement quickly and efficiently. A homeowner in Plymouth, MN had been enjoying in his basement space and the fireplace when he noticed a small puddle of water that had formed. A Minneapolis, MN, homeowner was dealing with a patch of sinking and cracking concrete right in front of her house. She didn't want anyone to take an unnecessary tumble over the uneven spot, so she began the search for concrete repair MN. When she found our website, she decided to sign up for one of our FREE estimates. A few weeks later, Mitch S, one of our Design Specialists, headed out to the home to see what could be done. 

Mitch conducted a thorough interview, and when he concluded, he was ready to make his recommendation to the homeowner. Mitch explained that concrete can sink and crack for a variety of reasons but that we could assist with the restoration with the help of our  PolyLevel solution. He explained that PolyLevel is a dense polyurethane foam that expands when it's injected beneath sunken concrete. It slowly fills voids left by soil erosion and, in the process, lifts the concrete back to its desired location. Mitch went on to say that once the concrete had been lifted, he was recommending our NexusPro. This silicone-based sealant gets applied to the cracks and joints in the concrete and works to prevent unwanted water from getting below the slab to the vulnerable soil below. The homeowner agreed to the recommendations and work was scheduled for several weeks later.
