Management of Denver Drug Pharmacy in Denver, IA wanted their sidewalk concrete repaired. After getting previous work done by American Waterworks, they wanted to take the same route. Our Design Specialist, Mac Cole, went to their store to inspect the problem and come up with a solution. Management was confident in Mac's proposal, so they went ahead with the project. 

Our Foreman, Troy Johnson, injected 92 pounds of our PolyLevel underneath the concrete to lift and raise the surface so all of it was stabilized. Our PolyLevel is a unique kind of foam that cures quickly and adjusts repairs right away. Troy made sure management was happy with the outcome!

Fred M. in Maple Grove, MN had water seeping into his crawl space which was causing a musty smell throughout his home and he was concerned about potential water damage and health implications. Foreman, Rene Hernandez, and his crew installed drainage matting, drain tiles, a SmartSump sump pump, CleanSpace and SilverGlo. Our Foreman, Troy Johnson, injected 50 pounds of our PolyLevel underneath the concrete, which raises and stabilizes the surface. Our PolyLevel is a special, dense foam that cures quickly and prevents any further soil build-up. Next, Troy applied 34 feet of our NexusPro over the concrete cracks. Our NexusPro is a protective sealant that provides long-term flexibility, prevents further bubbling or cracking, and gives the concrete a neat appearance. Gloria was thrilled with the work and had a remarkable experience from start to finish! 

Jim B. of Maple Grove, MN was looking for a company that professionalized in crawl space encapsulation. He found American Waterworks on HomeAdvisor. Our Design Specialist, Ryan, went to Jim's house to inspect his crawl space and see what our team could do. Ryan proposed our CleanSpace Encapsulation Vapor Barrier. Rich was confident in the product, so he signed the contract. 

Our Foreman, Chris, and his team installed our Vapor Barrier around the entire crawl space to prevent mold, humidity, and water from invading the crawl space. It also saves money on energy costs and gives the crawl space a neat, clean finish. Jim was happy with the work and was impressed with how quick the project was!

A customer from Maple Grove, MN got in contact with us when they began to notice that their front walkway was showing signs of sinkage. They were afraid that if they left the problem alone they would run the risk of creating even more drastic tripping hazards which could result in injury. When they called in we set them up with our FREE estimate. Once the appointment was booked, our Design Specialist, Brian R, headed out to the property. Once Brian completed his walkthrough he informed the homeowner that the reason they were experiencing the sinkage was because of the soil underneath the concrete slabs. He recommended the use of our PolyLevel injection to fix the issue. He explained that our PolyLevel is an expanding polyurethane foam that expands once it's injected beneath the concrete through small holes on the surface. Our customer agreed with this plan of action and work began once the weather warmed up. 

Our PolyLevel Production crew, led by our Foreman, Sam, began the process by strategically drilling holes into the problem concrete. Next, they slowly injected the PolyLevel into the holes, monitoring the lifting process to ensure the slab returned to its former state. They finished the process by sealing all remaining joints and cracks with our NexusPro to ensure that no unwanted water would get beneath the slab in the future. 

Once the job was complete our homeowner was happy to know that they didn't have to worry about any tripping hazards in the future!
