Hoping to avoid concrete replacement, the homeowner looked into “sinking patio repair near me”. One of the first companies, to catch their eye was us, American Waterworks. First, Ryan lifted the patio with PolyLevel, our polyurethane foam injection solution. After the PolyLevel was inserted, Ryan and his crew replaced the old joints with NexusPro, a silicone-based solution. After all the products were secured, Ryan cleaned up his materials and left the home. The homeowner was impressed by the excellent work completed by the crew. A Dalbo, MN, homeowner was walking up his walkway one morning when he took a tumble over his front stoop. This was odd to the homeowner, as the slab was supposed to be flush with the walkway. Then, they installed our recommended TripleSafe sump pump and our Basement To Beautiful Insulated Wall Panels. Lastly, the crew installed our Battery Backup System to ensure lasting reliability and to keep the sump pump running efficiently and effectively. The drainage system now properly guides water to the sump pump, and from there the water is pushed through the discharge line and expelled from the home. Our waterproofing system is backed by a lifetime warranty, and Tammy is glad she made the investment to protect her home.
