A homeowner in St. Paul, MN, disliked the appearance of their uneven driveway. Knowing they needed professional assistance, the homeowner began looking into options near them. Once the estimate was set, we sent one of our Design Specialists, Mitch, to inspect the driveway and sidewalk. Mitch arrived at the home and introduced himself to the homeowner. After greeting the homeowner, he started his detailed inspection. Mitch discovered that the driveway was starting to settle, causing the uneven appearance. Once he found the cause, he was able to provide a solution for the homeowner. Mitch presented his plan of action and the homeowner agreed. Soon after he received his stamp of approval, the plans were finalized by the office and then sent to our Foreman, Troy. Troy and his crew traveled to the home and began the lift. To lift the affected concrete, the crew utilized PolyLevel, our polyurethane foam injection solution. After the PolyLevel was fully installed, the crew took out all the joints and replaced them with NexusPro Sealant, a silicone-based solution. Once the entire project was completed, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was grateful for the excellent work completed by the crew. A Saint Paul, MN, homeowner got in contact when she suspected her basement of taking on water. Our Design Specialist, Ryan K, headed out to the home to see what could be done. 

After Ryan finished his thorough inspection, he was ready to make his recommendations. First, Ryan wanted to use our Basement to Beautiful wall panels. Next, Ryan recommended our WaterGuard drain. This unique french drain is installed below the slab of the floor, but atop the footing of the foundation. Using this placement helps keep this drain out of the 'mud zone' where other drains of its nature tend to clog. It works to catch water coming up through the floor, giving it a channel to flow freely to the appropriate disposal site. In this case, the basement lacked a means of disposal, so Ryan recommended our TripleSafe sump pump. This pump is the most reliable in our lineup, providing three levels of protection for both your peace of mind and your basement. For normal functioning, the TripleSafe has a powerful, cast-iron Zoeller® ⅓ horsepower sump pump set at the lowest level. For heavy volumes of water or in case of primary pump failure, a second, more powerful Zoeller® ½ hp pump set a bit higher in the liner will take over. The homeowner liked the sound of the plan and scheduled the job on the spot. 

On the day of the project, Jesus C, one of our Foreman, led his team through the flawless installation of 130ft of WaterGuard, 127 linear ft of Basement to Beautiful, and 2 TripleSafe sump pump. Now, our customer can rest easy knowing that her basement water troubles have been handled! 

Jim L. of Woodbury, MN had cracked concrete in his driveway, so he called American Waterworks for a Free Estimate. We sent out our Design Specialist, Mac Cole, to inspect the concrete and come up with a solution. Jim followed through with the proposal and scheduled the project. 

Our Foreman, Dylon Mish, applied 72 feet of our NexusPro, which is designed to extend the life of concrete and provide long-term flexibility. A single application can seal all joints and cracks. Jim was happy with the work that was done, and continues to love the view when he approaches his home.

Our Design Specialist, Chad, went to Greg's house and provided him with a well-detailed quote going over our RockWell Window Well and its cover. Greg was confident in the solution, so he went ahead with the project. 

Our Foreman, Tremaine, and his crew dug out the surrounding soil around the pre-existing window well and replaced it with our RockWell Window Well. Once that was completed, our crew backfilled the soil and compacted it, ensuring the space was neater and cleaner than when they found it. A homeowner from St. Paul, MN, had noticed a part of his concrete walkway was beginning to sink, slowly separating from the other slabs, creating a tripping hazard. Not wanting anyone to fall victim to the uneven concrete, he decided to begin the search for a company that could help with the issue. After seeing American Waterworks vehicles and yard signs around his neighborhood, he decided to give us a call and set up his FREE estimate. Our Design Specialist, Canon T, headed out to the home a few weeks later. 

Once Canon completed his inspection, he informed the homeowner that while sunken can become a nuisance, American Waterworks could address the issue with our PolyLevel lifting and leveling. PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam that expands when injected underneath concrete, filling voids left by soil erosion and slowly lifting the concrete back into place. Canon said that our team finished this installation with our NexusPro. This silicone-based sealant gets applied to all cracks and joints in the concrete to prevent moisture from getting below the slab, potentially compromising the slab. The homeowner agreed and the work was scheduled for a few weeks later. 

On the day of the installation, our Foreman, Ryan, and his team made quick work of the lift. Once the job had been completed, our homeowner was thrilled to know he no longer had to worry about trip hazards forming!
