A homeowner in North Oaks, MN, noticed multiple issues in her basement, such as high moisture levels, damp walls, and standing water, and was concerned that it would lead to permanent damage to her home. In a couple of weeks, our Design Specialist, Darin S., arrived at the home to conduct a proper inspection of the basement. He informed the homeowner of the issues he noticed, such as a failing sump pump and a likely failed footing drain. Darin then created a proposal for the homeowner where he suggested installing our WaterGuard, CleanSpace wall system, Shipshape monitor, and our Zoeller M98 pump, which is capable of removing 3,900 gallons of water per hour. After reviewing Darin's proposal, the homeowner happily agreed and decided to move forward with the project.

In two months, our Foreman, Kiko P., and his crew arrived at the home for the installation. They began by installing 45ft of our CleanSpace vapor wall system by attaching them to the walls using drilled-in fasteners. Then, the crew installed 113ft of WaterGuard around the perimeter of the basement and ensured it was connected to the sump pump. The crew also replaced the pump with our Zoeller M98 before installing our Shipshape, which would monitor the system. Lastly, the crew restored the flooring by pouring concrete. Once everything was installed the crew cleaned up their equipment and left the home.

A homeowner in St. Paul, MN, disliked the appearance of their uneven driveway. Knowing they needed professional assistance, the homeowner began looking into options near them. After searching for 'concrete repair mn', one of the first companies to catch their eye was us, American Waterworks. Impressed by our award-winning products and stellar customer service, the homeowner signed up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, we sent one of our Design Specialists, Mitch, to inspect the driveway and sidewalk. Mitch arrived at the home and introduced himself to the homeowner. After greeting the homeowner, he started his detailed inspection. Mitch discovered that the driveway was starting to settle, causing the uneven appearance. Once he found the cause, he was able to provide a solution for the homeowner. Mitch presented his plan of action and the homeowner agreed. Soon after he received his stamp of approval, the plans were finalized by the office and then sent to our Foreman, Troy. Troy and his crew traveled to the home and began the lift. To lift the affected concrete, the crew utilized PolyLevel, our polyurethane foam injection solution. After the PolyLevel was fully installed, the crew took out all the joints and replaced them with NexusPro Sealant, a silicone-based solution. Once the entire project was completed, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was grateful for the excellent work completed by the crew. A Saint Paul, MN, homeowner got in contact when she suspected her basement of taking on water. Our Design Specialist, Ryan K, headed out to the home to see what could be done. 

After Ryan finished his thorough inspection, he was ready to make his recommendations. First, Ryan wanted to use our Basement to Beautiful wall panels. At 2 ½" thick and R-13 insulation, Basement To Beautiful™ panels create a warm, protective blanket around your basement that will never rot or support mold growth. Next, Ryan recommended our WaterGuard drain. This unique french drain is installed below the slab of the floor, but atop the footing of the foundation. Using this placement helps keep this drain out of the 'mud zone' where other drains of its nature tend to clog. It works to catch water coming up through the floor, giving it a channel to flow freely to the appropriate disposal site. In this case, the basement lacked a means of disposal, so Ryan recommended our TripleSafe sump pump. This pump is the most reliable in our lineup, providing three levels of protection for both your peace of mind and your basement. For normal functioning, the TripleSafe has a powerful, cast-iron Zoeller® ⅓ horsepower sump pump set at the lowest level. For heavy volumes of water or in case of primary pump failure, a second, more powerful Zoeller® ½ hp pump set a bit higher in the liner will take over. The homeowner liked the sound of the plan and scheduled the job on the spot. 

On the day of the project, Jesus C, one of our Foreman, led his team through the flawless installation of 130ft of WaterGuard, 127 linear ft of Basement to Beautiful, and 2 TripleSafe sump pump. Now, our customer can rest easy knowing that her basement water troubles have been handled! 

Jim L. of Woodbury, MN had cracked concrete in his driveway, so he called American Waterworks for a Free Estimate. We sent out our Design Specialist, Mac Cole, to inspect the concrete and come up with a solution. Jim followed through with the proposal and scheduled the project. 

Our Foreman, Dylon Mish, applied 72 feet of our NexusPro, which is designed to extend the life of concrete and provide long-term flexibility. A single application can seal all joints and cracks. Jim was happy with the work that was done, and continues to love the view when he approaches his home.
