There was a recent storm in Inver Grove Heights, MN, and a homeowner lost their power. The following day, the homeowner noticed standing water in his basement. He decided to look into updated sump pumps that will operate during power outages and found one of our job stories. The homeowner looked through our website to learn more about our sump pump lineup and wanted to get our TripleSafe installed, so he contacted us to schedule his FREE estimate. 

In a couple of weeks, one of our Design Specialists arrived at the home to assess the basement. He explained to the homeowner that our TripleSafe sump pump would provide his home with three levels of protection. The primary pump is placed at the lowest level and is capable of pumping out 2,200 gallons of water per hour. The second pump is placed slightly higher in case the primary pump fails or becomes overwhelmed. The third pump is our battery backup that can pump out water during power outages, which is perfect for what the homeowner is looking for. They replaced the old sump pump with our TripleSafe and installed two IceGuards outside of the home, connecting it to the sump pump. Once the crew was done with the installation, they cleaned up their equipment and left the home.

Justin L. of Vermillion, MN was looking for an estimate for raising the concrete apron by his garage. He contacted American Waterworks, and our Design Specialist, Jesse, worked with him for the FREE estimate and inspection. He had a great experience with Jesse, so he moved forward with the project. 

Our Foreman, Dylon, and his crew injected our PolyLevel underneath the slab to stabilize the surface and ensure the garage and his apron were leveled. Next, our crew applied our NexusPro over the cracks to prevent moisture from seeping underneath and give the concrete a nice appearance. The job only took three hours and Justin was happy with the work!

Our Design Specialist, Richie, went to Terry's home and proposed our Crawl Space Support Posts, which are designed to restore the stability and straightness to sagging floor joists in a crawl space. Terry was confident in the product, so they went ahead with the project. 

Our Foreman, Cameron, and his production team installed nine of our support posts throughout their crawl space, correcting the sloping and overly springy floors. The project took two days and Terry was happy with the experience that they had!

A customer from Saint Francis, MN got in contact with us when he began to notice water entering an older well room of his home. He wanted to ensure that the foundation of his home was preserved and safe from water damage. When he called in, we set him up with our FREE estimate. Next, our Design Specialist, Jesse, headed out to the property to see what could be done. Once he completed his thorough inspection, he was able to make a recommendation as to how we could fix the issue. Jesse wanted to use several of our products, beginning with our CleanSpace vapor barrier. He explained that this tarp-like material works to trap water entering through cracks and holes in the wall, draining it downwards to our WaterGuard french drainage system. Jesse went on to say that this drainage system sits below the concrete of the floor out of the "mud zone" and traps water entering through the ceiling and cracks in the floor and drains it to the appropriate source. Next, Jesse wanted to use our SuperSump Plus sump system, to handle the customer's current water intrusion with the opportunity to expand in the future. Our customer agreed with the plan of action and work began shortly after. 

Our Foreman, Jeromy, and his crew ended up installing 14ft of CleanSpace and WaterGuard throughout the well room along with one SuperSump Plus system. Our customer is now happy to know his waterproofing issues are a worry of the past!
