In a couple of weeks, our Design Specialist, Daniel R., arrived at the home to provide a thorough inspection, answer questions, and create a proposal with the best solution for the homeowner's issue. During the inspection, Daniel noticed that the walls were holding a lot of water, causing mold to grow in some areas. Daniel recommended SuperSump+, our elite sump pump system that is capable of removing 2,200 gallons of water per hour, IceGuard, our anti-freeze discharge line that allows water to escape in case the pipes freeze, WaterGuard, our below-the-floor perimeter drain system that collects water and directs it to the sump pump, and CleanSpace, our vapor wall barrier that prevents water from permeating the walls and directs it to the drain system. After reviewing Daniel's proposal, the homeowner happily agreed and decided to move forward with the project.

This silicone-based sealant, NexusPro gets applied to all the cracks and joints in the sinking concrete and works to prevent water or debris from getting below the slab.
