A homeowner in Byron, MN, was cleaning their basement when they discovered the bottom panels of their walls were damp. Concerned by this discovery, the homeowner wanted to find a solution fast! The homeowner did an online search and came across our website. Impressed by the many services we offer, the homeowner knew we would have a solution for them. The homeowner signed up for their FREE estimate online and prepared for the arrival of Darin, one of our Design Specialists. Once Darin arrived, the homeowner explained their issue and he began inspecting the basement. Darin completed the estimate and determined that the basement needed to be fully waterproofed. After explaining what was happening in their home, Darin recommended installing the WaterGuard around the basement perimeter. The homeowner agreed with Darin's recommendations, so production plans were sent to the assigned crew. Our Foreman, Kiko, and his crew made their way out to the home to complete the project. Kiko and his crew began by prepping the basement for production. Once the basement was ready, the crew installed the WaterGuard around the entire perimeter. Additionally, the crew dug a feedline so it ties into their current sump system. After the WaterGuard was placed and covered, the crew put the basement back together. The homeowner was delighted to know their basement was properly waterproofed. American Waterworks is glad to provide another homeowner peace of mind.

Our production team installed a full perimeter of our WaterGuard drainage system and our TripleSafe sump pump. Water is now properly guided through the drainage system, into the sump pump, and then expelled from the home through the discharge line. Steve in Ostrander, MN had sunken and uneven steps that were causing a safety hazard and detracting from the beauty of his home. He contacted American Waterworks to receive a FREE estimate, so our Design Specialist, Kevin Kreofsky, went onsite to provide him with an inspection and solution. Steve was pleased to learn that our PolyLevel foam solution is faster, less invasive and more durable than traditional concrete repair.

Our PolyLevel expert, Jared Wroblewski, and his assistant drilled small holes into the concrete and injected the polymer foam until the steps were raised back to their original position. Then, they sealed the cracks in the concrete with our NexusPro joint sealant and cleaned their work area. This process only took a couple of hours to complete, and now Steve can enjoy a beautiful and safe front porch for years to come!

Mary C. just moved into a new home in South Saint Paul, MN. After a couple of days, she noticed water seeping into her basement through a crack in the foundation. The CleanSpace vapor barrier works to protect the basement from humidity and mold. The combination of these waterproofing products ensure that Mary’s basement will remain a clean, dry space.
