Doug and DeLaine A. of Kasson, MN had bowing walls in their basement and didn’t want it to get worse. They did some research and called American Waterworks to set up a Free Estimate. We sent out our Design Specialist, Chad Johnson, to talk to them about our foundation repair products and to come up with a solution. After an in-depth diagnosis, Doug and DeLaine liked the proposal that Chad offered so they went ahead with the project.

Our foreman, Jesus Covarrubias, and his production crew began the install by digging three small holes outside and in the back of the home. In each hole, they installed a long, metal rod from the soil through the bowing wall. On each end of the rod, they mounted and twisted on our GeoLock Wall Anchors, which is a unique wall anchor system that indestructibly evens out your foundation wall. After installation and over time, the anchors can be tightened to further strengthen the walls and pull them back to a regular position. To complete the installation, our crew replaced the soil and made sure the yard was neat and clean.
