A homeowner in Roseville, MN, reached out to us after noticing that the concrete surrounding their home had begun to sink. Concerned that the situation might deteriorate, they sought a reliable solution to stabilize the area and prevent future issues. Upon contacting us, our Appointment Specialist promptly scheduled a home inspection. A Design Specialist from our Sales Team then visited the property, evaluating the extent of the sinking concrete and diagnosing the root of the problem. After a thorough inspection, we identified that the best solution would involve our innovative PolyLevel and NexusPro systems. Our experienced production team, led by a foreman, approached the task systematically. Utilizing the PolyLevel system, we drilled pea-sized holes into the concrete slabs to inject a high-strength polyurethane foam. As the foam expanded and cured, it effectively lifted the sinking slabs back to their original position, ensuring a stable and level surface. To address potential long-term challenges, we applied our NexusPro Joint Sealant, which sealed the joints and cracks, preventing water infiltration that could compromise the foundation. Unlike traditional materials, NexusPro offers superior flexibility and UV resistance, ensuring a clean look and longevity even in extreme weather conditions. The outcome exceeded the homeowner's expectations. The concrete was not only lifted and stabilized, but the areas were also safeguarded from future water-related issues. Our commitment to thoroughness and communication allowed the homeowner to make informed decisions, resulting in a remarkable and satisfactory experience. In this Roseville project, we demonstrated our dedication to providing effective and lasting solutions for homeowners' concrete repair needs.

A homeowner from Arden Hills, MN, contacted us when they noticed their front stoop and connecting walkway were beginning to separate. Not wanting the issue to worsen, he decided to call American Waterworks and set up his FREE estimate. A few weeks later, our Design Specialist, Aidan, headed out to the property to assess the situation. Once he completed his walkthrough, he let our customer know that while the issue might seem daunting, the fix was rather simple. He explained that we would use our PolyLevel to restore the concrete slabs. Our PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam that expands when injected under slabs. He said this method is cheaper, less invasive, and has quicker curing time than other remedies such as mudjacking or full replacement. The homeowner agreed and work was scheduled to begin a few weeks later.
Our Foreman, Patrick, and his team arrived on the day of the installation and completed the project in no time. Once the project was complete, our homeowner was thrilled to know they no longer needed to worry about tripping hazards!
A New Brighton, MN, homeowner was facing an issue with his basement. Whenever his area got rain, it always seemed to wind up in his basement, leaving small puddles. The homeowner knew that if he continued to let the problem go unchecked, he could run the risk of doing permanent damage to his space. He began to look for interior waterproofing companies in MN and quickly found us. He scheduled his FREE estimate, and several weeks later, our Design Specialist, Brad W, was headed out to the home.
Once Brad completed his inspection of the basement, he met with the homeowner to deliver his recommendations. Brad explained that he wanted to use three of our products to address the intrusion. First, Brad wanted to use our CleanSpace vapor barrier. CleanSpace is a 100% waterproof tarp-like material that gets adhered directly to the basement walls. It works to catch water entering through holes or cracks in the wall, directing it downward and into a perimeter system. Because the basement lacked a means of drainage, Brad recommended our WaterGuard system. This unique below-floor drain gets installed beneath the cement floor but atop the footing of the foundation, keeping it out of the 'mud zone' where similar drains tend to clog. This drain works to collect water entering from the CleanSpace, as well as any water coming up through holes in the foundation, giving the excess water a channel to flow freely to a disposal site such as a sump pump or discharge line. Brad noted that the basement was unequipped with a sump pump, so he recommended our SuperSump plus sump pump, an effective and economical solution for ridding your basement of water. The homeowner loved the sound of complimenting products and signed on the spot.
The day of the installation eventually rolled around. Our Foreman, Kiko P, and his team were able to flawlessly install 60ft of both WaterGuard and CleanSpace and 1 SuperSump plus sump pump. Now our customer can rest easy knowing that his water intrusion issues were a thing of the past!
