A homeowner in Cedar, MN, noticed their patio was beginning to lower. Unsure of the causes, the homeowner knew they needed a professional to provide them with a solution. After the estimate was set, we sent one of our Design Specialists, Kyle, to the home to begin the thorough inspection. Kyle discovered the concrete was sinking due to settlement. To prevent the issue from continuing, Kyle recommended installing PolyLevel underneath the struggling patio. The homeowner knew this was their best plan of action, so they decided to go with Kyle’s recommendations. Next, Kyle passed the proposal to our Logistics team to give the final stamp of approval. After the plans were approve, Logistics scheduled the project with our Foreman, Ryan. A few weeks later, Ryan arrived at the home and began the installation. First, Ryan lifted the patio with PolyLevel, our polyurethane foam injection solution. After the PolyLevel was inserted, Ryan and his crew replaced the old joints with NexusPro, a silicone-based solution. After all the products were secured, Ryan cleaned up his materials and left the home. The homeowner was impressed by the excellent work completed by the crew. A Dalbo, MN, homeowner was walking up his walkway one morning when he took a tumble over his front stoop. This was odd to the homeowner, as the slab was supposed to be flush with the walkway. Upon a deeper look, he noticed that his concrete walkway appeared to be sinking! It was pulling away from the front stoop, resulting in his trip. Gary explained that PolyLevel is a dense polyurethane foam that expands when it's injected beneath sinking concrete. It fills voids left by soil erosion and, in the process, lifts concrete back to its desired location. Gary went on to say that he wanted to protect the lift with our NexusPro. This silicone-based sealant gets applied directly to the cracks and joints in the concrete and works to stand up against harsh weather conditions. The homeowner agreed with the proposed work and scheduled the job for some time later.

Roger R. in Hastings, MN was experiencing cracks in the concrete slabs of his garage and two corners of his garage had started sinking. Foreman, Hugo Sanchez, and his crew installed 15 piers underneath the foundation of the home and 4 wall anchors on the external wall to ensure that the foundation would be fully supported and permanently stabilized. Roger can rest easy knowing that he took necessary action to permanently stabilize and protect his foundation from failing.

Our Foreman, Dylon VanCanneyt, and the production crew started the installation by removing concrete and laying 158 feet of the WaterGuard drainage system around the perimeter of the basement. Then, they installed our recommended TripleSafe sump pump and our Basement To Beautiful Insulated Wall Panels. Lastly, the crew installed our Battery Backup System to ensure lasting reliability and to keep the sump pump running efficiently and effectively. The drainage system now properly guides water to the sump pump, and from there the water is pushed through the discharge line and expelled from the home. Our waterproofing system is backed by a lifetime warranty, and Tammy is glad she made the investment to protect her home.

A customer from Hastings, MN, got in contact with us when she began to their basement was becoming drafty and cool, even in the winter months. Our customer was concerned that her home was steadily becoming energy inefficient. When she called in, we set her up with our FREE estimate, which entitled her to a thorough inspection into the issue by one of our Design Specialists. Once the appointment was scheduled, our Design Specialist headed out to the property to take a deeper look at the problem. He explained to our customer that the water intrusion and draft could be attributed to her basement windows, as they were older and outdated.
