Our Egress Windows are designed to allow a safe exit out of the home, provide a more inviting entrance to the basement, and bring in more fresh air. A homeowner from Stewartville, MN contact us when they began to notice unwanted cold air entering their crawl space, creating an energy inefficient space. A Red Lake, MN, homeowner had noticed a peculiar smell wafting through his home. Try as he may, he could not find the source of the odor. After a heavy night of rain, he realized that it might not be something in the home that was expired but potentially something in his crawl space beneath the home.
