Mac completed the thorough inspection of the crawl space and recommended encapsulating the entire area. The homeowner agreed, and they worked with Mac to schedule the project. Next, the plans were sent to our Field Supervisor, Rene, and his crew. First, Rene and his crew laid Drainage Matting on the basement floor. Next, the crew attached CleanSpace on the floors and walls. Once all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was given peace of mind knowing their crawl space was properly repaired. Our Foreman, Cole Brinkman, and his team started the project by breaking out the concrete perimeter of the basement with a jackhammer, forming a trench. In the trench, our crew installed our WaterGuard System, which collects water seepage from basement walls and serves as an underground drain that leads to outside. Next, our team installed our Basement to Beautiful Wall Panels around the wall perimeter. These panels are made to provide a dry and energy-efficient basement, and it creates a warm, protective blanket that will never rot and or support mold growth. To complete the installation, our crew laid a rock in the open gaps and replaced the concrete, leaving the basement looking neater than when they found it. Next, PolyLevel is injected beneath the slab, filling in the voids in the soil. Once the slabs have been lifted and leveled, the crew seals the holes.

Then, they installed a full perimeter of our WaterGuard drainage system, and our SuperSump Plus pump. Water now drains through the WaterGuard into the sump pump. The team also implemented our LawnScape Outlet, which is a pipe buried from the downspout that lets water outside onto the surface of the lawn while camouflaging the end of the pipe. This helps get water away from the exterior of the home. Lastly, the crew finished the project by filling the gaps with rock, replacing the concrete, and cleaning up their work area.
