Our Foreman, Dakota, and his crew member, Geno, installed our radon mitigation system from his utility room, through the garage, to the attic, and up through the roof. A homeowner in Stanchfield, MN, disliked the appearance of their sunken and uneven concrete. Worried this could become a serious issue, the homeowner began looking into "concrete lifting near me". During the inspection, Gary determined the concrete was sinking due to settlement. To prevent the settlement from continuing, Gary recommended installing PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam injection solution. Knowing this was their best plan of action, the homeowner agreed and worked with Gary for the best installation date. Once the install date was settled, our Foreman, Sam, and his crew were assigned to the project. Sam and his crew traveled to the home to begin the installation. First, Sam and his crew lifted the sidewalk back into place. Once the sidewalk was lifted, the crew took out the old joints and replaced them with NexusPro, a silicone-based solution. Darla from Saint Lucas, IA, needed a solution for her basement water issues. After looking around, she went on the American Waterworks website, and we set her up with a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Ian. Ian went to his home to inspect the space and devise a solution. Darla got all of her questions answered and was confident in Ian's proposal, so she moved forward with the project. 

First, Foreman, Jeromy and his production crew started the installation by completing a full-wall demo and then breaking out the concrete floor perimeter, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard System along the East and South walls of the basement where issues were present. Our WaterGuard is a patented below-floor drain that rests in a drainage bed on top of the foundation footing. It is our most commonly used drain system because of its resistance to water clogs, easy-to-access service ports, and ability to collect leaking water from basement walls. To complete the WaterGuard project, Jeromy and his team covered the open gaps with rock and replaced the concrete. Our team also worked to provide the space a more finished, insulated, and durable feel by installing our ZenWall™ Insulated Panels. A homeowner in Roseau, MN had cracked and inward bowing walls in their basement, making them feel uncomfortable living in their own home. They did some research on our website and came across our foundation repair products. Our Foreman, Matt Zeller, and his production team began the project by digging four holes in front of the home. Our team inserted a long, metal rod from the inside foundation wall to each hole outside of the home. Next, our crew tightened and screwed on a GeoLock Wall Anchor on the end of each rod in the soil to anchor itself there and brace the foundation wall. Lastly, Matt and his team installed and tightened four of our GeoLock Channel Anchors inside of the foundation wall, which are made to straighten cracking and bowing walls over time. To complete the project, our crew backfilled the holes and replaced the soil. The homeowner was thrilled with the work, and had a great experience!
