Mary C. just moved into a new home in South Saint Paul, MN. After a couple of days, she noticed water seeping into her basement through a crack in the foundation. Our production team installed a full perimeter of our WaterGuard drainage system, a TripleSafe sump pump and CleanSpace throughout the crawl space and halfway up the basement wall. The WaterGuard is a drainage system that properly drains the water to the sump pump- which then discharges the water from the home. The CleanSpace vapor barrier works to protect the basement from humidity and mold. The combination of these waterproofing products ensure that Mary’s basement will remain a clean, dry space.

Once the PolyLevel was installed, the crew shifted to filling the cracks and joints with NexusPro, a silicone-based solution. After all the joints and cracks were repaired, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home.
